I am sure you have seen it has been a while since I have posted. I promise, I am still working on my mustangs. There really isn't anything more to do to the 95, it runs great and drives great. No need to make any performance upgrades since I am trying to sell it.
With that said, I am working on the 86. Here is a little background of what I am doing and I will post future articles on how I am doing it.
Lately I have been working on the interior of the 86 Mustang. Those that have this model year of the car, you have to understand I do not have the sport seats since I have a convertible. They put the low back buckets in them.
The interior of the car is a charcoal grey color, but the seats are this wierd grey/bluegreen type check pattern on them Here are a couple shots of the seats as they were in the car...

I am in the process of converting this to a Black interior which will include a black Leather type material on the seats and black carpet and whatnot.
Although I would love to be able to put all the black parts directly in the car, the unfortunate reality is that to do that would cost a small fortune. I have been playing around with changing colors using interior paint and dye. Stay tuned, I will post those pics soon.
